Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 – Parties

Article 2 – Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through www.naplight.com.

Article 3 – Product and Payment

Product type, model, sale price, payment method and delivery details are as stated on the order screen.

Article 4 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer within a reasonable period following order confirmation and within the statutory time limits.

Delivery time may vary depending on stock status, production process and shipping conditions.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

Article 6 – Returns

The product price is refunded to the buyer within the statutory period after the returned product reaches the seller.

Article 7 – Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

Article 8 – Effectiveness

By completing the order, the buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
